WHERE IT IS BORN
Traditional Coaching was born in the late seventies, in America, thanks to the new approach of the tennis teacher, Timothy Gallwey. This is one of the reasons why the Coach can also be defined as a "coach" of the potential of his clients.
IT'S A MATTER OF HEAD
In the book "The Inner game of tennis", published in 1974, Gallwey explains how every game takes place not so much on the court and against the opponent, but above all in our mind. This means that our thoughts, ideas and fears often determine the final result. The role of the Coach, according to Gallwey, is precisely to help eliminate negative or limiting thoughts in order to improve one's performance. How? Supporting the cd. Coachee (the client) in a process of self-awareness of their potential, through a real partnership between Coach and Coachee.
DIFFERENCE FROM TRAINING
The training support activity of the Trainer consists in having, instead, a more direct role in the evolution of the client to teach him the right methodology and the correct attitude to center his dreams or needs.
A New Style of Coaching
WHAT DIFFERENTIATES ME
What I am happy and proud to offer to people today is the result of twenty years of experience in managing and supporting people. A technical and human background that allowed me to reach a New Style of Coaching. Today I call myself a Life & Business Manager. A new figure, completely innovative in the way of offering advice, training and motivation to the person, both in the workplace and in the orientation of their private life path (choices, difficulties, insecurities, ...).
In my career, I had the opportunity to know and apply both Coaching and Training. Through a constant application of the notions assumed, I was able to use the two aforementioned methods to the best of their characteristics.
As a Life & Business Manager, today, I derive my style of support and teaching from the result of what people have appreciated and said they need throughout my career. A guide that puts them and their dreams / needs at the center of the project, through a support methodology characterized by listening, as a Coach, but, where necessary, also by direct action on the client with theoretical and practical tools, in quality by Trainer.
It starts from the knowledge of the person himself and comes to accompany him, step by step, to success, creating in him the appropriate skills and the right growth, so that he is able to continue his life independently in the future, in any field.
WHY I DEFINE MY MANAGER
I am a Coach and a Trainer who defines himself as a Manager, not only for my professional career in this role, but today above all, because in that word there is the compendium of my style: people at the center of everything. MAN-AGER, manager of PEOPLE in fact. Putting them at the center, success, in any field you want to achieve (economic or otherwise), will be a natural consequence.
