COACHING INDIVIDUAL

CONDITIONS OF CONDUCT

Individual sessions, lasting 1 hour, every two weeks, in person or online (Zoom or Skype). The minimum number to have a productive path is 6 sessions, plus a final verification session and report three months from the end of the path. The general lines of the path are established and shared during the first (free) meeting between Coach, company and client.

RECIPIENTS

For managers, executives, leaders, or as a support in the development of soft skills, including leadership, performance and effective communication; in the event of role changes, corporate restructuring or during very structured and long-term projects; finally, for all those professional figures who perform functions with high levels of stress, based on performance, with great responsibility and with an important impact on company activity.

Group sessions, which last half a working day, with a maximum of 6 people and a minimum of 6 days, plus verification and final report and individual meetings to prepare for the path.

Teams and work groups that work for a common goal, even in the case of different roles and tasks. Ideal not only for companies, but also for organizations, schools and associations.

COACHING GROUP

CONDITIONS OF CONDUCT

Group sessions, which last half a working day, with a maximum of 6 people and a minimum of 6 days, plus verification and final report and individual meetings to prepare for the path. Compared to Team Coaching in Group Coaching, each participant works for a personal goal, even if they are part of the same group (for example, the participants who make up the group are all salespeople, but each of them works in a different team or sector with different objectives to be achieved).
